SUMMARY:10th Annual Kids’ Trout Fishing Day
DESCRIPTION:Northern Shenandoah Valley Chapter\, Trout Unlimited (NSVTU) 10th Annual Kids’ Trout Fishing Day willbe held in Gertrude E. Miller Park on Happy Creek near Front Royal’s Bing Crosby Stadium on Saturday\, April 14th\, 2007. This is a free event. Any Donation is well received to help support our programs.\nFishing will begin at 9:00 AM and end at 3:00 PM. Special areas will be set aside for younger children\, and fishing assistance will be provided by chapter members.\n\nKid’s Trout Fishing Day is forkids between the ages of  3 and 15\, who do not require a fishing license. All kids must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of  21. Parents and adults may only assist kids whenfishing.\n\nThe Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries will stock Happy Creek in preparation for Kids’ Day. Game Wardens will be available prior and during the event.\n\nAll kids in Warren\,Rappahannock bordering Warren and Page Counties\, Shenandoah and Page counties are welcome. These are counties within NSVTU’s chapter area.
