DESCRIPTION:The 3rd annual YES Conference (Youth Empowered for Success) will be held at the Halpin-Harrison Hall at Shenandoah University on August 16\, 2023 from 8am - 3pm and is open to rising Seniors and Juniors in the Shenandoah Valley. Reaching Out Now is partnering with Shenandoah University to provide students with a series of presentations and interactive panels around vision\, networking\, and leadership skills necessary to succeed in their personal lives\, academics and professional careers. Students will also be able to take a tour of the college grounds. \n\n\n\nThis year's conference will feature presentations from Dr. Jason Van Heukelum - Superintendent of Winchester Public Schools\, Julia Putprush Blythe - Youth Pastor of Abundant Life Church\, and certified Life Coach and NeuroCoach - Tamara Wolfe. The presentations will be centered around this year's theme: "The Power of Vision. \n\n\n\nRegistration is $20. Breakfast and lunch for the day are included in the registration costs.
