DESCRIPTION:Applications for the Community Leadership Program Class of 2023 will be accepted from May 16\, 2022 through July 29 2022.\n\n\n\nThis is a nine-month program is designed to provide insight into the challenges and opportunities that exist in Clarke and Frederick counties and the City of Winchester. There will be a short orientation on August 19 at 4pm and then sessions will be held the third Friday of each month beginning September 16 through May 19. \n\n\n\nTopics may include:\n\nLeadership/Teamwork\n\nNon-Profits\n\nCommunity Culture\n\nAgriculture\n\nMedia\n\nGovernment/Economic Development\n\nEducation\n\nHealth Care\n\nPublic Safety\n\nSimulated Society\n\nCommunity Problem Solving\n\n\n\nThe sessions are led by a combination of community leaders\, professional facilitators\, and specialists in the respective fields. This program is designed to provide insight into the challenges and opportunities that exist in the City of Winchester\, Clarke County\, and Frederick County\, Virginia.
