This event is designed to connect regional employers with workforce development partners who offer valuable hiring resources\, incentives\, and training opportunities.

\n\n·\; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \;5:30-6:15/6:30 Presentation: \;Each organization will have 5&ndash\;10 minutes \;to share what you offer employers\, including:
\n\no \; \; \;Workforce partnership opportunities
\n\no \; \; \;Hiring incentives
\n\no \; \; \;Candidate pipelines (considering populations served)
\n\no \; \; \;Training programs
\n\n·\; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \;5:30-7:30 Job Fair Style Setup: \;Each partner will have their own table \;to set up materials and have a representative available to speak directly with employers during networking.
\n\n·\; \; \; \; \; \; \; \; \;Promotion: \;We kindly request that you assist in advertising the event to employers \;through your networks (service area of City of Winchester\, Frederick\, Shenandoah\, Clark &\; Warren).
