SUMMARY:Inspire | a Chamber B2B Networking Community
DESCRIPTION:Generating sales leads is the key to any business success. To make a referral of a person or business\, we must first build and nurture relationships by getting to know\, like and trust one another. Chamber Community Networking Groups should be a formative and motivating element of your marketing strategy for your business or position. \n\nChamber Networking Groups acts as an expanded sales team\, providing introductions and "warm referrals" to individuals and companies you want to do business with. Through the professional relationships and rapport established between members over time\, Chamber Groups support each other's business initiatives as referrers\, customers\, suppliers\, and mentors. Participation in Chamber Groups can help grow your professional network\, sharpen your sales presentation skills\, and increase the centers of influence supporting your operations. \n\n \n\nMembership Requirements and Expectations:\n\n\n	You must be a member in good standing with the Chamber. Membership in Chamber Networking Groups is an exclusive benefit to Top of Virginia Regional Chamber.\n	Non-Chamber members who are interested in a Chamber Networking Group (CNG) may be invited to attend one meeting\, for one CNG group\, in any six-month period. \n	Applications to join a group will be subject to review by that group's designee (s) to determine eligibility to join.\n	The Top of Virginia Regional Chamber encourages relationship building and does not deter members from being in multiple groups.\n	Chamber members interested in joining a group may visit any of the groups twice before applying for an industry seat.\n	Participants are encouraged to celebrate their business leads received by attending the group.\n	Participants are encouraged to participate in at least 1 one-on-one meeting each month. You will also agree to meet with each member of the group at least once within your first year of joining the group. This can be in person or digitally. \n	A substitute may be sent in lieu of an absence. \n	Respect and courtesy to all attendees\, regardless of membership status\, is always expected during the meeting. Any concerns regarding the presence of a visitor or group member should be discussed with the group leader and staff liaison.\n\n\n\n\n	When: 1st Wednesday of the Month | 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM\n	Location: TBD please check chamber calendar before attending\n	Leader: Paul Burger\, NoVA Environmental Solutions\, 540-645-6141\n	Co-Leader: Andrew Gauldin\, Morgan Stanley\, 540-723-2467\n	Chamber Liaison: Sabra Veach\, Director\, TVRC\, 540-662-4118 x14
