It is ideal for nonprofit executive directors\, board members and other staff looking at best practices and lessons learned from seasoned nonprofit leaders. Whether you are new to the field or a seasoned pro\, you will gain fresh tools to help your organization thrive.\n\n\n\nSessions include an intensive workshop taught by nationally acclaimed nonprofit subject matter experts in the Ferrari Room at Shenandoah University with a follow-up hands on Digging Deeper Lunch and Learn in the Eagles Board Room at Our Health\, Inc. for those that want to explore the topics further.\n\n\n\n1. Launching Your Journey to Excellence. \n\n2. People and Culture. \n\n3. Strategic Planning for Nonprofit Sustainability and Succession Planning\n\n4. The Business of Running a Nonprofit.\n\n5. Storytelling for Fundraising and Marketing\n\n\n\nScholarship requests for Nonprofit staff should be submitted prior to registration.
