DESCRIPTION:Join us for a free lunch and  presentation by David Russel\, Winchester resident and Ambassador of the Old Town Mall.  Mr.Russell will share his experience as a member of a statewide self-advocacy committee.  Members of this committee say that people with disabilities want to be part of the same social clubs\, want to live in the same neighborhoods\, go to the same restaurants and schools\, and work for the same businesses as others in their communities.  Too often though\, people with disabilities face unnecessary barriers. Together\, we have the power to change that!
