This job fair offers an excellent opportunity to connect with employers who are open to discussing employment opportunities with individuals who have a criminal record.

In addition to employer conversations, resource organizations will be onsite to help support your transition back into society, offering guidance, services, and information to assist you on your journey.

Did you know Virginia provides a valuable resource to support employers who hire individuals with convictions? The Virginia Bonding Program, part of the Federal Bonding Program, offers a free $5,000 fidelity bond that covers the first six months of employment. This no-deductible bond helps protect businesses—and comes at no cost to the employer.
