The Shenandoah University Center For Entrepreneurship will offer a free “What is Microlending?” webinar for entrepreneurs and small business owners on Monday, Oct. 30, from noon to 1 p.m. The webinar is designed to introduce entrepreneurs and small business owners to financial and funding options through microlending.
