A keen self-awareness with an understanding of our strengths and weaknesses is at the core of great leadership. Debbie Orbacz will present compelling information that will move you to better understand areas you may need to focus on in your professional and personal growth. Especially for women, we face double standards in many work situations and the understanding of emotional intelligence is critical to handling these challenges. Debbie will explain the different areas of intelligence and how they help or hinder our ability to lead others. She will also give you access to a personalized behavioral assessment tool to take away for use in your continued leadership growth.

Debra (Debbie) Orbacz is the Founder and CEO of Orbacz Strategy Group, LLC, a management consulting and leadership coaching firm based in Washington, DC.  Ms. Orbacz is a certified professional leadership coach and sought-after role model who understands business and the tough decisions that leaders must make.  Given her background she is sought after to advise on women?s initiatives, and to advise/coach women executives as they prepare for greater responsibilities.
