Conference Registration Rates & Information

• Conference registration includes admission to sessions, breakfast, lunch, and breaks
• Regular attendee registration is $100 per person
• Late attendee registration is $125 per person and begins at 8am on April 17, 2019
• Online registration closes at midnight on April 19, 2019
• Online American Express payments cannot be accepted. Please choose the Credit Card option and then contact W&M Conference Services (1-800-249-0179) to process American Express payments over the phone. Other payment options accepted are MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
• Onsite registration will be available on the day of the conference. Payment options will be cash or check, only, and printed name tags will not be available.

Cancellation Policy: A refund will only be issued to individuals who withdraw from the event seven days prior to the event date. Refunds will be issued, less a $35.00 service charge. The refund may take up to 30 days to process.
