Artist/musician, business-owner and ACV Executive Director, Sherri Smith, will help you frame the goals, scope and functional areas of your business while focusing on key elements of a fluid, 'modern' business plan. Your plan will serve as a guide for you to follow and illustrate the potential success of your business to outside entities such as investors, lenders or patron audiences.
