Destination Ambassador Session - Facing COVID Together
**Offering front-line hospitality employees and management best practices, stress management and service strategies in the COVID environment.** Whoah, what happened? Our whole tourism industry has been flipped on its head, and you, our frontline staff, management and small business owners, have been right there in the middle of the whole thing. It is in this light that we are offering up a special edition of our Destination Ambassador training program on July 22. We will be focusing on operational best practices such as how to manage guests, policies and expectations; we'll share some very recent data, and there will also doubtless be some group therapy component on how we're all getting through this together... We have lined up several guest speakers to help us all learn better how to face head-on the unique stresses, challenges and best practices that are uniquely presented to front-line hospitality workers and managers during this time. This will be a 2-hour program as usual, and we will offer it entirely online so you don't need to leave your home or place of work to attend it. Participants will receive a special COVID Response version of the Destination Ambassador Certificate. This program will be, as always, free to attend. After you register, we will email you the virtual program login information.
