We are currently accepting vendor registrations for the Heroes & Harvest Festival on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Newtown Commons, 5165 Main St, Stephens City, VA 22655. This community fundraising event will benefit the Northern Shenandoah Valley Community Veterans Engagement Board, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All proceeds from the event will support our Emergency Assistance Fund, which helps local veterans and military family members when urgent needs arise and cannot be fully met through existing resources. Vendor registration is now open: Craft/Market Vendors: $20 registration fee Food Vendors: $50 deposit, with an expected donation of 10% of event profits This is an entirely outdoor event. Vendor spaces are 10x10 feet, and vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, canopies, and setup materials. Please contact us before registering if you need additional space. To help support vendor success and limit direct competition, registered vendors will be posted publicly as they are confirmed, and only one vendor per product or service category will be accepted. Duplicate vendor registrations may be canceled and refunded at the discretion of event organizers. In the event of poor weather, the event will be postponed to Friday, September 25, 2026. Vendor fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed, unless the event is postponed and the registered vendor is unable to attend the rain date.
