Leslie Hicks
Leslie is the CEO of Cardinal Technology Solutions, Inc. (CTS). He is an IT professional with over 25 years of experience in network administration, technology training, management, and customer support. He has proven success in multiple industries with building and managing teams, developing solutions, and creating results for both large and small organizations. His certifications in networking, hardware, and client/server operating systems coupled with his experience and passion for technology enable him to present solutions to clients that are both economical and time-saving. He has an Associate of Science in Network Engineering with a concentration in Microsoft and Cisco products.
William W. Collins, PE
Thirty-plus years in the construction industry focused on strategy, operations, project management, sales, and marketing. Former President/ CEO, GAF (roofing manufacturer and marketing firm). Currently, William is an advisor to small to medium-sized businesses in building products and construction.
He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy; M.I.T.; University of Chicago; and Villanova University in 2021 (MS, CyberSecurity). Mr. Collins is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in South Carolina and a member of various industry and professional organizations.
