Our Health, Inc. in partnership with the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber, United Way NSV, the Nonprofit Alliance-NSV – a program of the Community Foundation-NSV, Shenandoah University and Valley Health System, Inc., is conducting a year-long nonprofit leadership series designed to give attendees the tools they need to improve the effectiveness of their organization and lead it into a solid and sustainable future.
The 5-part series is designed to strengthen your skills, expand your perspective and connect you with fellow leaders. It is ideal for nonprofit executive directors, board members and other staff looking at best practices and lessons learned from seasoned nonprofit leaders. Whether you are new to the field or a seasoned pro, you will gain fresh tools to help your organization thrive.
Sessions include an intensive workshop taught by nationally acclaimed nonprofit subject matter experts in the Ferrari Room at Shenandoah University with a follow-up hands on Digging Deeper Lunch and Learn in the Eagles Board Room at Our Health, Inc. for those that want to explore the topics further.

Full Series Registration: $300 Open: June 10, 2025 – September 12, 2025 Includes: Individual Session Registration: Open: August 17, 2025 – April 12, 2026 A limited number of $100 scholarships are available for nonprofit staff registering for the full series.
