Sunday, October 1 – Barns of Rose Hill National Park Quilt Exhibit Reception Barns of Rose Hill, 95 Chalmers Ct., Berryville, VA. Thanks to the Richard & Caroline T. Gwathmey Memorial Trust, Bank of America, N.A., Trustee for sponsoring this exhibit! About the Exhibit: “Inspired By” Quilters have done it again! – A collection of 177 original art quilts depicting the widely-varying landscapes, flora, and fauna of our national parks will be exhibited throughout the Barns. There are three quilts from each of the 59 National Parks – one flora, one fauna, and one landscape. Opening reception on Sunday, October 1st (1 – 3 p.m.), features Madeline McNeil performing “Shenandoah” on dulcimer and talks by Chuck Dunkerly and other NPS members. This is a FREE event! 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Exhibit Dates: Sunday, October 1 – Saturday, November 25. Exhibit Admission is free. Our exhibits are open Tuesday-Saturday (Closed Mondays) from Noon to 3:00 PM as well as during concerts and by appointment.
