Supply Chain Performance Analysis
This workshop covers supply chain performance analysis. Learning objectives: Understand and describe Little's Law. Review two basic financial statements: Income Statement and balance sheet. Apply Little's Law to define asset turnover and cash-to-cash cycle. Classify different supply chain strategies. Perform an analysis of an industry using an earns-turns matrix The instructor is Sam Choi, Ph.D. He earned his doctorate in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University He is also a cerfitied professional in supply chain (CPIM) , accounting (CMA) and ERPoftware (SAP-PP) Sam Choi, Ph.D is assistant professor of Operations Management at Shenandoah University
