She is a certified Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, a DISC Behavioral Consultant, and a Full Focus Planner Certified Pro.
 
After more than a decade in public education and a wide range of leadership roles, Sierra’s passion for growth and lifelong learning became the foundation of her work. Backed by over ten years of experience in education and a master’s degree in the field, she designs engaging and meaningful learning experiences that simplify complex leadership concepts and make them accessible and easy to apply for leaders at every level.
