Grafton is hiring for Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions supporting Child & Adolescent programs in both the Therapeutic Day School and Community Residence settings at the Winchester location.

Shifts available include day, evening, and overnight, with approximately 30 openings to be filled.
In addition, we anticipate extending around 15 offers for DSP roles serving both children’s and adult residential programs.

Highlights of the event:

• On-the-spot interviews, with many candidates receiving same-day offers
• An onsite onboarding coordinator to guide candidates through next steps before they leave, including scheduling drug screens and beginning background checks
