Wreaths Across America Wreaths Laying & Ceremony
The Winchester Composite Squadron of Civil Air Patrol and Wreaths Across America will honor local heroes by laying wreaths sponsored by donors on the graves of veterans at the Winchester National Cemetery, on December 16, 2023. We will remember and honor our veterans through the laying of remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and the act of saying the name of each and every veteran aloud.

December 16, 2023. 11 AM begin laying wreaths. 12 PM ceremony. After ceremony, lay remaining wreaths (if any).
