Chilly Hollow We are a new craft brewery opened in November 2024 located on the rolling hills of an operating cattle farm in Berryville, Virginia. Chilly Hollow Brewing Co. offers beer crafted on site by an award-winning brewmaster as well as local wine, cider, bar food, and grass-fed beef raised right in the brewhouse’s backyard. There's something for everyone on our menu. Our cold beer and cool views are close by the DC Metro area and Shenandoah Valley. We’re right down the road from the Shenandoah River, right along the Blue Ridge Mountains, and right off Route 7 on Chilly Hollow Road. Come chill!
