Please note: Due to limited parking, trailers must be moved off-site after unloading. Trailer parking will not be available on the event property.
Payment Information
There is a $10.00 registration fee to enter your vehicle in the car show. Each registered vehicle will receive a 2025 Wings & Wheels Car Show dash plaque. To eliminate the need for on-site transactions, all payments must be received in full by the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber (TVRC) prior to event setup. Payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your registration.

Please do not send cash. If you prefer to pay by credit card, we will reach out with payment instructions. For check payments, please remit to: Top of Virginia Regional Chamber 491 Airport Rd, Suite 101 Winchester, VA 22602 All applications and payments must be received in full—and checks must clear—by Friday, October 10, 2025.
