Job Summary:
The Office Coordinator provides administrative support to the Leadership Team and Board Committees and serves as backup support to the Board of Directors of NW Works. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative functions, maintaining office procedures, and supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the organization. The Office Coordinator helps foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting effective communication, organization, and workplace safety. Because organizational needs vary, the individual in this role must be adaptable and able to provide support across departments as needed.

 
Technical Skills: 

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Outlook and Teams
 
Minimum Education, Certifications and Experience:
·         High School Diploma or associate degree in relative major.
·         Minimum Three (3) years proven administrative experience as an Office Coordinator, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant in a similar position supporting C-Level executives.
·         Current and clean driving record.
