Regional Manager - Virginia
Oversee the region’s operations and be primarily responsible for region’s profitability.
Promotion of FNB’s products/services with the goal of increasing market share, name recognition & profitability
Participates in development opportunities and community efforts to promote FNB Bank.
Attend networking events before, during, and after traditional work hours to attract and develop customer relationships within FNB growth areas.
Prepare / present the region’s growth tracking reports to advisory council and Board
Builds and maintains a portfolio mix of high-value and high-potential small business clients; determines strategy and focus for the region.
Participates in and encourages lending activities, in conjunction with Market Lender
Assist in preparing / presenting Loan Submission Packages
Directly manages assigned personnel, including preparing annual reviews.
Provide support for VA market personnel in career development, customer issues, etc.
Develops and executes marketing plan based on production goals.
Through on-the-job training and attendance in approved classes, gain a full understanding of any applicable Federal and State Banking laws.
May be assigned additional duties as deemed necessary.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field, including sales.?
May include thorough training by established banking associations and/or banking schools
Professional experience in a financial services industry highly preferred (multiple years)
Deep understanding of the political, governmental, economic and social environments of Frederick Co, VA., including City of Winchester
Experience managing a portfolio of business / accounts (consumer / commercial)
Understanding of Federal and State (VA & WV) Banking Regulations.
