Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting

• Proper surface preparation (patching, sanding, caulking, masking)

• Consistent application using professional techniques and tools

• Maintain clean, organized, and respectful job sites

• Communicate clearly with team leads and fellow painters

• Uphold company quality standards on every project

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional painting experience

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional attitude with clients and coworkers
