Haywire Services, LLC is looking for an experienced Residential Electrical Lead to lead residential crews and independently manage job sites from start to finish. We’re searching for someone who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, communicates professionally, and keeps projects running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage crews of 1+ helpers on residential job sites
- Complete jobs according to contracts, code requirements, and company standards
- Troubleshoot and solve electrical issues, create a strong plan for the day and project
- Install and replace outlets, switches, fixtures, recessed lighting, meter bases, and service panels
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites and company vehicles
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, management, and crew members
- Keep projects on task and on schedule while ensuring quality workmanship
Qualifications
- Valid State Journeyman Electrician License required
- Residential electrical experience required
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and professionalism
- OSHA Certification preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and required tools (tool list provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and occasional weekends/holidays
