Human Resources Director

NW Works, a human services non-profit, seeks Human Resources Director to lead strategic and operational HR functions. The role involves developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, managing employee engagement and retention, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR, Public Administration, or related field, at least five (5) years of progressive HR and Leadership experience, and expertise in Employment Law, Compensation, and Organizational Development.

You will oversee a wide range of HR functions, ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting our clients, employees, and volunteers.
