Inside Sales Representative
Our Winchester location is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who can use their exceptional sales skills to understand the needs of our customers and deliver top-notch customer service.
Key factors that will help you succeed:
- Willingness and desire to learn new things on your own, as well as from others
- Ability to follow up and follow through with orders and customers
- Comfort with math (i.e., area, addition, subtraction, multiplication)
- Ability to organize the day with tasks and purpose
- Saturday morning availability as business dictates
- 2 years of previous experience in Inside Sales and/or Customer Service within a fast-paced environment is desirable
- Previous construction materials knowledge is a plus
- Team player willing to assist as needed in counter sales, inventory, and warehouse responsibilities
- The ability to lift 100lb bags on occasion to assist with loading/unloading of product is necessary
- Strong customer service skills including order accuracy, follow-up, and solutions selling
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
