Position Summary

NW Works is seeking a Full-Time Custodial Worker to provide cleaning and janitorial services at assigned worksites in the Front Royal area. This position plays an important role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments while supporting NW Works’ mission of inclusive employment and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation
• Maintain assigned areas according to cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
• Properly use and store cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow established schedules, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks related to custodial work
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required
