Position Summary

NW Works is seeking a Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities in both center-based and community settings. DSPs play a vital role in helping individuals build skills, increase independence, and engage meaningfully in their community through person-centered support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and daily support to individuals served
• Implement individualized, person-centered plans and daily activities
• Support skill development, independence, and community engagement
• Document daily progress, activities, and outcomes accurately
• Provide transportation to community activities and program sites as needed
• Collaborate with Case Coordinators and team members to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment at all times

Schedule

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience in human services preferred (not required)
• Ability to treat all individuals with dignity, respect, and professionalism
